Words, from Joan Wheeler, about callous, nasty mothers

On the adult adoptees advocating for change forum when some is answering another’s comments, they put it is a ‘quote’ box. So you will notice that what is quoted is what 1adoptee…AKA…Joan Wheeler….is answering.

I’d like to throw it in her face and say “YOU may have been able to walk away, and stay away, but I am the one that is left to deal with this disaster that was my being relinquished”.

Yes. That pain stays and cuts deep — being relinquished. And both sides expect the adoptee to be happy she was adopted, and happy to be in reunion, happy to have any crumbs that are sent her way.

The adoptee truly doesn’t fit in either family.

Gert here:
Well, certainly if you feel that way about it, of course, you would not fit in either family! But why fixate on the ‘relinquished’ part? Why not accept the facts of the life circumstances that the IMPARTIAL UNIVERSE created for your life? Truth is it’s all a crap-shot…the forces that be, just don’t give a crap about any of us…unless you are fortunate enought to DEVELOP  a friendship with higher spiritual entities that can help you. It is obvious that Joan Wheeler does NOT have any spiritual friends, visual or invisual or she would not be in this constant state of hate and anger that causes all her pain.

Why does Joan Wheeler only see “any crumbs that are sent her way” ? What are these crumbs? Oh besides a life-time of care and 2 college degrees, that she never did anything with, and over 30 years of knowing the birth family that she systematically destroyed because of her hate, anger, rage.

Truth of the matter is Joan Wheeler, you and your hate and anger, caused you to condemn your adoptive family and exploit your birth family. What do you expect from your actions of hate and anger?

I wonder what Joan Wheeler’s own children would have to say about callous, nasty mothers? They know first hand all too well about what their nasty and callous mother is capable of.

Joan can certainly comment on “callous nasty” mothers, because she herself is one. She describes in her book her violent fits of rage wherein she burned her kids toys. In the middle of the living room. She even said this to a family member a few years that she has no pictures of her children of when they were babies and toddlers because SHE BURNED THEM ALL IN FRONT OF THEM! What a bitch! Can you imagaine how those kids felt? to see your own mother ripping up and burning your photos, toys and books IN FRONT OF YOU? My husband said that was sadistic. Yep, sadistic, nasty, filthy, callous. Joan Wheeler gets the Nasty Mother of the Year Award.
No wonder her son left at age 17 and her daughter had a cutting problem when she was a teenager

comment from Gert: it is appalling that Joan Wheeler put, in print, all the callous, sadistic things she did to her children and to her adoptive mother. What was Joan thinking? that by putting these rages in print it would help adoption reform? People don’t have a clue of the great perversion that is in Joan’s mind and what she is capable of.

Joan Wheeler wrote about her life, and everyone in it, FROM HER POINT OF VIEW, well….we are NOW telling everything we know…FROM OUR POINT OF VIEW with the added dimension of THE TRUTH
